My Manifesto:
Share, pass on and support.
I believe that every woman carries within her an incredible power, but too often stifled by the pain, incomprehension and silence that surround our menstrual cycles and more particularly the "pre-Menstrual syndrome" and/or the "Pre-Ovulatory Syndrome".
From my first period until I'm 44 years old today, I have lived and continue to live with cycles that I am still learning to understand...
PMS and PMS in particular, shape my life as a woman, partner, friend, professional and athlete.
I know what it's like to cry for no reason, to lose patience, to suffer in silence, to suffer throughout your body, to sometimes feel "abnormal" and "helpless".
But I also know that I am not alone.
And that's where it all begins...

My project is based on three complementary pillars:
📖 1. A book – A conversation between women
An intimate, sincere and uninhibited account of my experience as a woman with menstrual cycles.
A book like a conversation in a cafe, which tells the ups and downs of PMS & POS and menstrual cycles in couple life, sexuality, work, sport, social life… A book where each woman can recognize herself and feel less alone.
🎙 2. A podcast – Giving women a voice
Because my voice is just one among many, I am opening a space where other women can share their stories, their laughter, their tears, their discoveries, their struggles.
A warm and free virtual circle, where taboos are broken and where each testimony becomes a mirror for another.
🍄 3. Microdosing: Exploring new solutions
Beyond talking and sharing, I'm also looking for concrete ways to ease our cycles. I'm passionate about research on mushroom microdosing, an innovative approach that could help women better manage their PMS and POS and their emotional fluctuations.
It is not about promising miracles, but about opening up paths that are still little explored, with respect, safety and curiosity.
My commitment
I want to contribute to a world where women are no longer judged as “too sensitive, too complicated, too unstable”
but recognized in their rhythm, intensity and strength.
I want to offer spaces for speaking, reading and experimenting where people feel understood, supported, and legitimate.
